Yes. For percale, 300 thread count is actually a sweet spot. It should feel crisp, cool, and breathable without being overly heavy. The quality of the cotton—like long-staple cotton—matters far more than chasing a higher thread count. Anything above 300 TC in percale can actually make you hot and sweaty, which frankly messes with your sleep. We don't wish that on anyone.
