Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Morning Atelier, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please read this policy before placing an order.

Returns

Bedsheets and blankets

We accept return requests for bedsheets and blankets within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged;

  • In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact; and

  • Returned in a condition suitable for resale.

Bathrobes and towels

For hygiene and safety reasons, bathrobes and towels are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once delivered, unless you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number along with clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the item and its packaging.

We will review the request and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution where applicable.

How to request a return

To request a return, contact us through either of the following:

Please include:

  • Your full name;

  • Order number;

  • Product name;

  • Reason for return; and

  • Photos or video, if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the return is approved. Please do not send an item back without return approval.

Return pickup

Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup where serviceable or provide return instructions.

Please keep the product securely packed in its original packaging until it is collected by the delivery partner.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or email.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled. It may instead be eligible for return in accordance with this policy.

Refunds

Refunds are initiated only after:

  1. The returned item has been picked up by our delivery partner; and

  2. The item has been received and reviewed by our team.

After approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item sent by us.
