By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order independently. If you are under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must place the order or provide consent and supervision.

3. Products and product information

Morning Atelier offers home décor products for sale in India.

We aim to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours, prices, and photographs accurately. However:

• Colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography.

• Handmade, natural, artisanal, ceramic, textile, wood, metal, and similar products may have minor variations in texture, finish, colour, pattern, size, or appearance. Such variations are not defects.

• Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Please review the product page carefully before ordering, including care instructions and dimensions where provided.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected product(s). An order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch.

We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected, or fulfilment is not possible. If payment has been received for a cancelled order, we will process the applicable refund.

5. Pricing, GST and payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). GST and any applicable charges will be shown at checkout or otherwise communicated before you complete payment.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, product-description, or availability errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it where reasonably possible.

Payments are processed through Easebuzz. By placing an order, you authorise the payment provider to process your payment using your selected payment method. We do not intentionally store full card, UPI, or banking credentials on our systems.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver within India, subject to serviceability at the delivery pincode.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or communicated to you. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and carrier operations.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, events outside our reasonable control, or an incomplete/incorrect delivery address may occur.

Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact number. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by inaccurate customer-provided details.

7. Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched by emailing Contact@themorningatelier.com with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled and will be governed by the return policy below.

8. Returns, replacements and refunds

We want you to enjoy your purchase. You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery where:

• you received the wrong product;

• the product arrived damaged or defective; or

• the product materially differs from its description.

To make a request, email Contact@themorningatelier.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging. Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

For change-of-mind returns, we may accept an unused, unwashed, undamaged item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Return-shipping costs for change-of-mind returns may be deducted from the refund where disclosed to you before approval.

The following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied:

• personalised, customised, made-to-order, or final-sale items;

• items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage;

• items returned without original packaging or in a condition unsuitable for resale.

Where a return is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned item, subject to payment-provider processing times.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Intellectual property

All Website content, including text, photography, product designs, graphics, logos, illustrations, trademarks, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Morning Atelier and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial shopping only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Website, interfere with its security or operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

11. Third-party services

The Website may use or link to third-party services, including Easebuzz, shipping providers, Shopify, Google, and Meta. Those services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you acknowledge that we may process your information as described in that policy.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morning Atelier will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Website or products purchased through it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Morning Atelier for losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by our own negligence, misconduct, or breach of law.

15. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government action, public-health events, or supplier or courier interruptions.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. The Terms in force when you place an order will apply to that order unless a change is required by law.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Website.
