We ship within India only. Orders are processed within 12–36 hours and delivered via Delhivery, Xpressbees, and partner couriers.

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹1,000: Free standard shipping
• Orders below ₹1,000: ₹250 flat charge

Express and special delivery requests may incur additional fees.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, operational constraints, or remote-area coverage.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once dispatched. Updates are maintained by the carrier.

Address & Failed Deliveries

Verify your address, contact number, and PIN code before checkout. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, reshipping may incur an additional charge.

Damaged or Missing Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or unboxing video. We will review and coordinate with the carrier.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges are free (subject to Returns & Exchange Policy). Return shipping charges may be deducted from refunds. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/wrong item.
